Chalet located on a private, fenced 350 m² plot, just 80 m from Lac des Settons in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park. Accommodates 5 guests: 1 double bedroom, mezzanine with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Fully equipped: dishes, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, television, barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers. Just steps from the lake, you can enjoy fishing, swimming, and water activities. The Morvan forests offer beautiful hiking trails and mushroom picking. Nearby: Autun, Bibracte, Mont Beuvray, and Saulieu. Please note: bed linen, towels, and dishcloths are not provided. A heating charge applies from October 15 to April 15, available for an extra fee. Cleaning must be done by guests before departure. A security deposit is required before handing over the keys. Pets are strictly prohibited.
